What if an appraiser spends an entire career building up a successful appraisal business only to get disabled and be unable to fill the role of the inspector?  Does the ADA allow such an appraiser to hire another person to inspect vicariously?

I have thought about this issue also. If I were to get injured would I still be able to appraise? Would we be allowed to perform an exterior inspection while we hire another to perform the interior inspection? I think between an exterior inspection and complete photos of the interior we would be able to perform an accurate appraisal.
