I have never been what others would refer to as a "fitness guy." In fact, I a pretty lazy and not very careful about my eating habits. However, I recently discovered a great surprise when I joined a gym and started to work out.
Great podcast and honesty. I thought you may have had a gym sponsor following the podcast, just kidding, but very unselfish to share this. As we discussed I am in the gym 4-5 days a week, and I will tell you when I am not there, or have taken time off, I am more stressed, more irritable and have less energy to be an appraiser or cope with this business.
